A Buzz Themed Birthday party

This past weekend it was in great joy that we hosted my Godsons birthday party!

He is so adorable, energetic 5 year old that loves Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. So what better theme & color choice then from his favorite character.

You should of seen his face light up when he saw the decorations, cake, set up and goodies..he told me: Nina I want lots of balloons (yes he said that..love him).

A party takes not only balloons, but it takes special caring vendors to make a party a memorable one. This post will list some of the vendors that were used at his party and that i recommend (no compensation has been given to us to list them here, its solely our opinion with our recent experience. I recommend them for your next party)

Lets start with the balloons....Yes Stars Above Balloons decorated his party some extra tall columns to frame the cake/goodie table and a big buzz & #5 was used as a background. We did three tioparies staked to the ground with crazy hair to frame the jumper area & welcome guests. Each table had a small centerpiece with a toy story mylar balloons (which guests were able to take home).

We  also provided Balloon Twisting for his party.. Extra thank you to our one and only "Brit" for helping out..

If we have balloons we must have a Face Painter ...I contacted Grace from Face Art...Very professional, she has an esthetician background, and uses FDA approved facepaint only. She brought her own table, chair and table cloth and he set up was very detailed and amazing..here she is in action!  

 

The Cake...It was so tasty (i heard-I was too busy to even taste it). I always use Flour Cart Bakery their cakes are made fresh, details so unique that your guests will love.

Who doesn't love candy and treats...well we sure do!

I contacted Jackie at Stylish Candy Design .. my godsons mom and I agreed that

a candy bar should be left to an expert. Jackie was so professional from the beginning

asking about the theme & colors to the birthday boys favorite candy.

She arrived on time, she set up her linens, all jars were beautifully decorated, all were strategically placed. Not only that but she made specialized frames customized for the party (which she gifted to the birthday boy after it was done). she left all reminding candy for us and she cleaned up!! a plus

you should of seen the guest faces light up when they realized they can fill their baggies to capacity!! woohoo sugar rush..

Tables and Chairs were rented from Z Rentals .. Thank you to Diane

for processing our order easily and quickly..last minute was no problem for them!

(they do carry canopies, other unique chairs, tables, etc.)

As you can see we had a great time getting this party together..with the help of all these vendors the party was a huge success! thanks everyone for making Johnnys bday awesome..
