But before I start to blog about my experience & designs with balloons, i thought i will start with the basics about the balloons~ Question #1. Who made the first balloon? Its kinda obvious that at birthday parties you have balloons. But why not have them for a baby shower, bridal shower, corporate event, grand opening! Balloons are festive. Colorful.
